Day 20/28…. I’m not going to post this recipe yet because I’m still perfecting the sauce 😉 it’s homemade of course & will be incorporated into the 28 day whole food meal plan!

But I simply, started with a bed of kale, layered in some quinoa then topped with my zucchini noodles which I sautéed in my tomato/basil vinegarette! With a side of avocado 🥑
