This dish here is a lunch salad on week 3 in my wellness meal plan available at Lee & Marias Wellness. . . Running short on time tonight I simply recreated it, I added Tuna & almonds making it super filling & packed with protein. . . The basics here are kale, edamame, celery, olives, black beans, tomatoes & dill! The real star though is the homemade Avocado, tomato & Dill dressing I made from scratch! 👌🏼🍅🥑🌿 . . The dressing also is another variation from the meal plan, once you get back to cooking with whole foods you’ll be whipping up recipes and amazing yourself!! . .
