[s. 14(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -AGAIN observed large amounts of potentially hazardous foods at room temperature -a large bucket of raw eggs approximately 40 eggs placed on top of an ice bucket -surface temperature of raw eggs at 18 deg C top layer 14 deg C bottom layer No time tracking in place when reviewed with worker and has no idea how long it has been out there due to a shift change. Your premise was cited back in the last routine inspection in October 2, 2025 when a Correction Order was issued: Large amounts of potentially hazardous foods left out at room temperature must be time tracked A similar infraction was also cited back on April 1, 2025 for cooed potato balls at room temperature Violation Ticket #AH71932638 issued as attached -observed a shipment of incoming goods in the storage room that had not been put away -two milk crates (8 jugs) with internal temperature of 18 deg C. Worker indicated the foods have been there since 10am almost 6 hours ago NOTE: containers of ice is not a substitute for mechanical refrigeration
