[s. 14(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Japchae in cold hold insert measured 12C at time of inspection even with ice stored at the bottom of a double insert. Insert is on the same table as the steam table. Current batch of japchae was transferred from the walk-in cooler and placed in the insert approx 30 mins before the start of inspection. Staff inform that the japchae is meant to be served cold but customers complain that it is too cold.
